Engines & Assemblies
The 51 Factory has an
extensive inventory of complete engine cores and can provide an
overhauled, ready to install engine for your aircraft, or
overhaul/restore a core provided to us.
We select component parts and
perform machining, grinding, and plating operations to ensure your
engine is built with fits and clearances to ‘new part’
specifications, not just ‘service limits’ which allows for worn,
used parts to be utilized if still within specified dimensions.
Our engines are run for
several hours on our test cell, with multiple full power run ups,
monitoring all temperatures and pressures. Your engine is well
proven before removal from the test cell and preparation for
shipping.
We stand behind our work, and
guarantee our engines for a period of 12 months after installation
and first operation. Contact us
